1,The overall bed lathe is made of cast steel under welding processing, stand-up and no deformation.Gantry movement,stable work table,process the material in the worktable at will.

2,GF-1325 is the most cost-effective and economical product currently, matching domestic 4.5KW water-cooled spindle (optional Italy imported Italian HSD spindle or GC Columbus), plus with removable rotating shaft, can be processed cylindrical products.

3,Y axis use dual motor drive, select matching to ensure smooth movement.

4,Driving system use high precision rack and pinion,increase speed and precision

5,Adopts Taiwan PMI linear guideway ,to ensure high-precision machine and withstand heavy load.

7,Then rotary axis adopts machine tool chuck (positive and negative claw),and rail end thimble, whose movement use PMI linear guideway with accurate concentricity. The chassis is made of ZL-102 the whole cast with high precision.

Maximum workpiece diameter of 200 mm, length 1200 mm, workpiece weight by up to 50 kg, and configure the workpiece balance wheel.

8,The device platform can be placed on two 2012-type axis of rotation, not processed in the cylindrical work piece; the axis of rotation can be removed, for flat engraving.

1,This machine can engrave any design,support scanners,direct support UG,ArtCAM,Type3,CorelDraw ,Proe,Wentai,carving and many other G-code format generated by CAD/CAM
